In Middle Tenessee there are counties which reach from the Kentucky border to the north,  to the Alabama border to the south. My main areas of focus are Davidson, Williamson and Maury counties. See below a few details of each county:

Davidson County: Where Nashville shines bright. In the city core you will find many high-rises and unique neighborhoods of stunning homes, both historic and new construction. Nashville is a city of eclectic enclaves. A few examples are Belle Meade, Brentwood and Green Hills. Vanderbilt and Belmont Universities are in Nashville. Music City is known for entertainment, a vital culinary scene, fashion, art, excellent healthcare, and the Tennessee Titans football team. You will never be without something new and exciting to enjoy. 

Williamson County: Where urbane life meets country living. Franklin, one of Americas Best Places to Live, is known for Antebellum and Victorian homes, museums, Civil War sites, excellent schools, and a thriving town square where shopping, restaurants and community events are abundant. Leipers Fork is a rural village known for country music at Fox and Locke, boutiques and gorgeous farms, equestrian estates and though which the Natchez Trace Trail winds.

Maury County:  Columbia and its vibrant town square are the center of this county. There has been much growth of late. You will find many new constructon communities in Spring Hill and Columbia, as well as rural farms abounding. Culleoka and Lynnville are a few smaller towns of this county. You will be astounded at the beauty of the land, nature, and farms abounding. Home shopping will be a bit more affordable in Maury County as it will be in other more rural counties of Middle Tennessee.
